- Built from scratch to replace a third-party booking SaaS with an in-house system.
- Access is automated end to end: after booking and payment, the backend grants it. Members open doors (dormakaba) and the gate (SOMMER) by scanning a QR code on their phone.
- No more creating customers in the lock system or gate portal, and no manual membership approvals.
- Stripe payments and an EasyAdmin back office for bookings, resources and members.

A Python scraper keeps the central tool database in sync with live inventory, replacing manual updates.

Offline-only travel budget app. Set a daily allowance in any currency, log purchases, and unspent balance carries over. Open to first Flutter client projects.

Exchange year at Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon. My thesis compared polling, long polling and Server-Sent Events over HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, so realtime features are home turf.
